1. Campaign Time: Lasts for 24 hours, from 10:00am Oct.10th to 10:00am Oct.11th (UTC+8).
2. Refund in Store Credit:Store credit will not expire, you can use
it to place orders at any time on DX.com. (1) During the campaign time, 5% refund in Store Credit on any MVP items for customers who registered a DX account from Sept.9th, 2011 to Sept.9th, 2015 (UTC+0). (2) During the campaign time, 11% refund in Store Credit on any MVP items for customers who registered a DX account before Sept.9th, 2011 (UTC+0). (3) 5% or 11% refund in Store Credit is limited to MVP items only, NOT including any Shipping Cost, Import Tax & VAT or Insurance. Moreover, refund amount is calculated on total product amounts that you actully pay if using Coupon, Store Credit or Gift Card toward purchase. (4) As the status of MVP is changing, refunds in store credit are calculated according to the actual MVP status when orders are successfully placed.
3. The limit for order amount that can receive refunds is $1000, which means customer with 5% OFF can enjoy no more than $50 Store Credit refund per order, and customer with 11% OFF can enjoy no more than $110 Store Credit refund per order.
4. Refund will be added as Store Credit to users DX account.
5. Refund Time: (1) For orders in which all MVP items are shipped before Oct. 17th, 2016(UTC+8), Store Credit will be sent to your DX account on Oct. 19th, 2016 (2) For orders in which all MVP items are shipped on or after Oct. 17th, 2016(UTC+8), Store Credit will be sent to your DX account in 3 business days after all your MVP items are shipped. 6. Refund Issue: Amount Refunded = Payment Amount - Store Credit amount that has been sent (For orders that fullfil campaign conditions but apply for refund after MVP items and Store Credit are sent).
